Terms and Conditions, in plain language

1. What you buy from us is a software licence.  ie. the licence to use our software on you web hosting server.   Not a service provided online.
2. Any customisations carry an extra cost.
3. Please note that payments are non-refundable.  This is also noted at the bottom of our invoices.
4. The software is for your own business to use. Reselling the software is not allowed. 
5. Upon purchase, you are eligible for 30 days of free training and support.  Any issues you find with the software, if any, within that time we will fix for you for free.   Any form of support after this 30 day period will be charged at £80 per hour.
